Raiply Malawi Limited

Raiply Malawi Limited, a subsidiary of SARRAI GROUP Headquarters Based in Kampala, Uganda.

Raiply Malawi Limited is one of the largest and most respected wood processing companies in Malawi. Born from the Government’s privatization program, Raiply took over operations in 1999, initially managing 20,000 hectares of forest plantations, of which only 13,000 hectares were stocked. Today, the company stands as a model of sustainable industrial growth, employing over 3000 people and contributing significantly to the national economy.

Raiply has grown from a modest timber producer into a diversified manufacturer with seven specialized factory units. Its product range includes high-quality plywood, shutter ply, Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), laminated boards, cornices, doors, furniture and interiors, as well as creosote-treated transmission poles — all widely accepted in both local and international markets.

Raiply serves both local and regional markets, exporting to South Africa, Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and Botswana. Its products, trusted by construction firms, carpenters, and DIY markets, Supported by Limbe factory and Lilongwe sales depot .Certified by the Malawi Bureau of Standards and international bodies, Raiply ensures high quality and reliability. The company also supports sustainability by replanting 1,400 hectares of forest annually, balancing ecological stewardship with industrial demand.
